Delete your OnHandly account.
You can start an account deletion request in the mobile app or from this page if you no longer have access to the app.

Request deletion in the app
On iOS or Android, sign in and open Account. Select “Delete my account,” review what will be removed and retained, enter DELETE to confirm, and submit. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone: your account and personal profile are removed, OnHandly signs you out, and the email address becomes free to register again straight away.

Request deletion without the app
Email support@onhandly.com from the address associated with your OnHandly account. Use the subject “OnHandly account deletion request” and include the workspace name. Do not send your password or other credentials.
We may ask you to verify control of the account email before processing the request.

What happens next
Deleting from inside the app happens immediately, as described above. A request sent by email is handled by a person instead: we delete your OnHandly account and associated personal profile within seven days and send confirmation when it is done.
Shared business inventory records may be retained for the organization’s legitimate operational, audit, accounting, security, and legal needs. When retained, we remove or minimize direct links to the deleted personal profile unless applicable law requires otherwise.
